Exchange and Return Policy

At Lilith & Cayde, our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We put in a lot of dedication, effort, and love into our work to provide you the best quality products. Each product is hand made which include perfectly-perfect imperfections.

If for any reason you would like to exchange and return your purchase, we will work with you to complete your request.

Unused/unwritten items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or return. For exchanges, we are happy to take back unused items in exchange for an equal valued item(s). Returning items to Lilith & Cayde, shipping and handling cost will be the responsibility of the customer. For returns, it will take about 5-7 business days to process the refund request starting from the time we receive the item back to our headquarters. We also charge a $5 restocking fee per item.

Please note: Sales on Face Masks are final due to hygiene and cleanliness. Thank you for understanding.
